Last Day of Class Tea Party!!
Did you know..... that you should be consuming the equivalent of HALF your body weight in ounces of water every day? That can be really hard!! Sometimes that equals almost half a gallon of water EVERY DAY!!! To help our students, free cups of tea are available at the last class as a healthy and flavorful alternative to water. Recommendations and demonstrations are provided to help students learn how to drink the amount of water your body needs without the "pain" of drinking so much water.
To celebrate the last class of each session, Jade treats students to dessert. This gives students a chance to savor the "sweet rewards" of a workout well done!!! (o.k. it is also another way to have fun, laugh, and relax)
